Lawyer, doctor, economist, head of the Healthcare team in DZP’s Life Sciences Practice.

Piotr deals particularly with regulatory advice in the areas of healthcare and new technologies.

He is initiator and coordinator of a code of conduct for medical data processing, referred to in article 40 of the GDPR.

He has worked, inter alia, on systemic changes to telemedicine, medical data outsourcing and the oncology package. He is also a member of the Working Group for Personal Data Protection at the Ministry of Digital Affairs. He has worked on regulatory projects with, inter alia, the Centre for Healthcare Information Systems, the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Development.

Piotr is one of the initiators and founders of the Telemedicine Foundation Working Group and initiator and vice president of the Polish Chamber of Unmanned Systems, the first organisation of drone sector employers in Poland.

Doctoral student at the Warsaw School of Economic, scholarship holder in the 1st edition of Healthcare Leaders at the Lesław A. Paga Foundation, speaker and panellist at national and international conferences on the healthcare and new technologies sectors, author of numerous publications in national sector press.

Piotr is the winner of a special award in the “Rising Stars – Lawyers of Tomorrow 2017” competition. He was recognised as one of the best lawyers of the young generation in Poland.
